With the winter break fast approaching, what are you most excited about? Does your family have any specials plans for the break? Veterans Day is an official United States holiday that honors people who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, also known as veterans.

Constitution Day

Over the last week and a half, you got to participate in several activities related to Constitution Day. Then on Wednesday, September 17th (Constitution Day) you go the chance to write part of the Preamble or Declaration on your own paper.

What did you think about the process of making the paper and ink? Did you enjoy having to write on the paper? What is easy or difficult to do?

What do you think the people that wrote the Constitution experienced while writing a note, a letter to a friend or even a story?

Was it as easy for people to get a lot written back in the day of Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson?

Summer Fun - Keep in Touch

The summer is very near and I am sure that everyone has some great adventures (both big and small) planned for the next couple of months. Let's end the year sprinting!!!!

We are now in the 4th quarter of the school year. We have only 38 school days left as of Monday (3/30), we should all be ending the year sprinting and not slacking off.

How are you going to end the year sprinting?  Make a goal for yourself.  Describe what you are going to continue to do or work harder on for the rest of the year.  What are some tips for studying or taking a test that you use to help you do your best?
