Patterns, Patterns, Everywhere Patterns
What are some things you think about when you want to continue a pattern that you see or hear?
Make sure to explain your answer and give examples if necessary. Your answer should explain your thinking to all that read it.
When I think about continuing a pattern, I think about what shapes, numbers, or letters is in the pattern and what order it is in. A pattern is: *,$,#,*,$,# and so on. When you continue a pattern you really have to think sometimes.
when I think about coutinuing patterns is math and these three resons is why.1 is math is simple to me and I love math.2 is math seems more of patterns to me.3 is math is my best subject!
I look at the pattern and see how it’s developed then make a good guess based on the pattern fact. That is what I do when I am working with any kind of pattern.
When I think or hear a patterni think of shapes in a specific order. For example this pattern has shapes that make a pattern:*&*&*&*&*. You need to make the pattern specific. A pattern is also in an oreder that repeats. Patterns can be in any number of oreders such as ^%$#^%$# or *()*(). You can even make it like this:$$$$. Patterns are everywhere.
When I think about Pattern, I think about what shape, and what it is forming. Also, it keep's you going, and your so interested in what your going to make.
I think what does the pattern look like or how does it sound. And then i see where the pattern ends but i make sure that it really ends in the spot i thought
When I see or hear a pattern, I wonder about the personality of the pattern. Is the pattern increasing or decreasing, changing in shape or form. An example of a pattern could be in letters, numbers, music notes we play on an instrument like A,D,A,D.
When I see or hear a pattern, the first thing that comes to my mind is if the pattern is complex or very simple. Sometimes, I think about how many times I can repeat the pattern till I get confused.
when I see a patern I wonder what comes next sometimes i get confused. I think I get thrown off on the repeat. it could be an a,b,c patern. It could be many more.
When i see a pattern or hear a pattern, i wonder how patterns or used for or hw they got made. there is all kinds of sorts of patterns.Pluse when you are singing there is music notes and patterns are usally in music for beats.
When I see or hear a pattern and I want to continue it, first, I look at the very first thing in the pattern. Next, I look at all the rest of the things in the pattern one by one. Then I solve it. I also think about if I have ever seen or heard something like it before. When I think of patterns I think of shapes, but patterns aren't only about shapes. They are also about letters, numbers and repeating things. Every pattern has to repeat. For example, a pattern could be like 12431243 and so on or it could be like abbabb and so on.
I look for what's going on in repeating patterns whether it's numbers, shapes, or letters. For example, b ba bal. What I see at first is b then ba. After that you see bal. So what I try to look for is what pattern is repeating.
When I think of patterns I think of trying to find out what they changed every time. Then if the patterns stops I keep adding on to it. When I hear pattern I think of a pattern on a blanket. I also think of math patterns with numbers. There is a math game I like to play called Sudkuo. You have to place the numbers in a pattern. It might be a math and pattern game but it is one fun game.
When i think of patterns i think of making them perfectlty straight and how i want it to be and if i mess up i keep on trying until i get it the way i want it to be
What I think about is, what does the pattern look like and what is it forming. I continue drawing the shapes to make the pattern.

ReplyDeleteI would make it go on and it would be a 123 or abc pattern. I would also think of how it started and what makes it a pattern.

ReplyDeleteWhen I think of patterns I feel it isn't complete and I need to finish it because as you keep on going it advances to a new result.
ReplyDeletewhen i see patterns i think about think about making them strait. Or i will solve it. Or i just get confused ...........chase...........
