Winter Break

As winter break fast approaches, what are you most looking forward to?
Is it spending time with family, a vacation that you are going on, or something else?
Explain why this is important to you and why you can't wait for it to happen.

I don't want to hear about a gift that you are wishing for, I want to know more meaningful items.
Take your time and think about things that are special to you and why you are looking forward to them.

  1. I am most looking forward to having my aunt, uncle, cousin, and my other aunt and uncle coming over to my house for chirstmas. I know one thing for sure.... my house is going to be packed. The reason why this is important to me becuase I don't get to see my uncles, aunts, and cousin that much and my cousing is only 2 months old. He is so cute. I can't wait for this to happen because I get to spend Christmas with my family and I think that is the best thing to do on Christmas(other than celebrateing Jesus's birth).

  2. What I am looknig forward is having my Grandmother and my cousins, coming to our house.First were staying at our house then were going to eat at their house. I'm also looking forward to seeing my Grandmother because we like never get to see her. What were going to do is open presents at our house first then open presents at our cousins house. We'll play with our toy's, and share. We also celebrate Jesus's Bithday too. (A.K.A. Christmas)One of my most meaningful gift, was my very first ornament.

  8. I can't wait for winter break because last year my family went to Prescott to be with my family. My Aunt April, Uncle Josh, and their kids, my cousins, Clay and Cole had found an awesome spot to sled. In some parts the snow would come up to my knee and I could fall backwards without hurting myself. It had so much snow my pants froze at the bottom of my shoe, so my shoe couldn't come off.I pretty sure we're doing the same this year. My family also has four nativity sets of Jesus in a manger and I love moving them around. My most meaningful gift is an ornament that my great-grandma gave me.

  12. I am looking forward to winter break because I am spending time with my family and my grandma and grandpa. My Grandma's birthday is on Christmas, too so we are having two parties- one for her and one for Christmas. We are opening presents at our house and my grandparents are bringing their gifts to our house to open those, too. My most meaningful gift that I have gotten is probably a pretty old ornament that my great grandma gave me or a really old and pretty ring that is my birthstone.

  16. I am very excited for winter break! One reason why I am so excited for the vacation is spending time with my family because they don't have to work and I can see them all day long because I don't get to see them alot. Another reason why I am excited is to get my whole mom's side of her faily together because we can be together as a giant family! One thing that is my 2nd favorite thing about winter break is going sledding in Foresty Lakes! It is the most BEAUTIFUL place in the world! Last but not least my all time favorite thing during winter break is Christmas because it's about giving and sharing!

I love to do this because I get to see my aunt, uncle, and one of my cousins(my cousin lives in San Francisco). It is our tradition to make fudgeballs, wreathes, and a bunch of other treats. My favorite is the chocolate covered pretzels.
