  1. I think the most important event that led to the Revolutionary War was the Boston Massicure. I think it was the most important because it made all of the Colonial people very mad. I think that it was very wrong to just shoot into a croud like that. I think that they should have all been arrested. That is what I think is the most important event.

  2. I also think what Annie thinks. Maybe the taxes also though.. I would be pretty mad at all of those things! Especially the Boston Massicure. No one should be allowed to just shoot into the crowd. Although, they were just protecting themselfs. They always could've done other things other than shoot. That's what I think is most important event leading to the war.

  3. The event that I think is most important is The Boston Tea Party. I think this was important because it showed the king that the Colonists didn't want any more taxes. It was also important because it got more Colonists involved in the Revolution to make our country free.

  5. I agree with Ally! I do think it was wrong to shoot innocent people also. I also think Daughters of Liberty was important because they made things for them and others such as:

    *Tea
*Spin yarn and weaved cloth called "homespun"
because they refused to buy British goods. They told every one to stop buying British goods and they will make it for them.

  6. I think that the 1st Continental Congress was one of the most important events that lead up to the war. The 1st Continental Congress involved militias which were a big part in the Revolutionary War. If the 1st Continental Congress didn't happen what would've happen to America? Probably we wouldn't be living here. The 1st Continental Congress was a very very important event that helped the colonists/patriots win.

  7. I think the Daughters of Liberty were very important because they did not take the tea that was imported from the British. What the Daughters did was they made their own tea and spun their own wool. They called the tea, Liberty tea. The Sons of Liberty were also very important. They are famous for pouring tea into Boston Harbor in protest of the Tea Act.

  8. I think the most important event leading to the Revolutionary War was when Britain started the Tea Act. There were some other very important events that led to the war, but I think this one was the worst. Why? Because King George III can't tax everything that ends up on our ports, without even sending over protection. The English were just trying to get rich fast with no work. In the video, it said 1/3 of tax went to the people, 1/3 went to the government, and 1/3 went to the tax collectors! It helped though, when the Daughters of Liberty stepped in and made their own products so we wouldn’t have to rely on Britain.

  9. I think that the most important thing that lead up to the war was the Boston Massacre. I think that because it really got the Colonial people super mad and started boiling the pot of independence. I also think that the Daughters of Liberty were inportant too. I think that because they helped protest aginst Britain and make thier own tea (liberty tea) and spin their own wool. I think that these two events were the most important events leading up to the war.

  10. I think the Boston Tea Party was important because colonists were trying to get rid of the taxes on tea. I think the Daughters of Liberty were important. I thought they were pretty smart to make there own tea and wool and not by the taxed tea. That was my opinion.

  11. I agree with Mary. The 1st Continental Congress formed militias to protect the people. Without those men, we probably would be still part of Britain. They made a huge impact on the Revolutionary War. They were the patriots that just said enough! I would have petitioned King George too!! Thats why I feel they are the most important.

  13. I think the event the lead to revolutionary war was the 1st Continental Congress started the militias to protect us any minute. Without them the USA would probably not even be here! I also like the Daughters of Liberty. What they did was smart. Making their own wool and tea was a GREAT idea! But most importantly I think ALL of them had an impact on the war.

  14. I think the Bostan Massacre was the worst because 4 men died. I think that was really bad beacus the Americans were deffens less. I think the tea party was right for the colenest because they diden't want the tea and the king made them buy it.

  16. I think the most important event leading up to the Revolutionary War was the Boston Massacre. A massacre is the killing of innocent people. I disagree with what they did because in court they were found innocent. That is what I think the most important event was leading up to the Revolutionary War.

  17. I think that the boston tea party was an impact on starting the Revulotionary war . It was an impact because they dump tea which was Just like bumping a laod of money in the harbor . Somone is going to pay for it . which made the british mad . So it lead to the intolprable acts . Which made the colinist mad . Then so on .

  18. I think that the event that had the biggest impact was the Boston Massacre. The British killed and injured a couple innocent people during this event. This made everyone really mad and turned more people against the British government. The British government was not being fair making the settlers pay for many taxes. thats why I think its the most important.

  19. I think the most important part of the Revolutionary teams would be Daughters of Liberty because they were inspired to help the other side and go against the taxes. They also helped themselves by not taking the things England made sure they received. That's why I think that Daughters Of Liberty are most important.

  20. I think the most important event leading to the Revolutionary war was the Boston Tea Party. I think the Boston Tea Party was important because it was showing England that we were tired of King George bossing us around! It wasn't fair that he could tell us what to do from across the ocean. This is why I think that the Boston Tea Party was the most important event leading up to the Revolutionary war.

  21. I think important event was the Boston Massacre. Because they killed 5 random people. They also injured innocent people. Then they weren't guilty for it. When they should be for killing people. I think that is the most important event leading to the revolutionary war

  23. I think the important event was the Boston tea party because it showed we didn't want to be treated this way. King george wasn't happy. He didn't think that was a good idea. Also it showed that we didn't care about what king george said. Thats why I think that was the most important event.

  24. I think that the Intolerable acts lead most to The Revolutionary War. It made both British and Boston mad so Britan took over Boston and made colonists care for the British Soldiers which we didn't even want in the first place. I think that if King George hadn't made the tea act and not made the taxes so high we wouldn't have had the war. Thats what I think lead to the Revolutionary War the most.

  25. I think that the boston tea party is the most important.I think this because it triggered a chain of events.I also think that because it also led to intolerable act.It also was an important to the colonists because they were taxing their tea and they didn't like it.

  29. I think that the boston tea party was inportant becuse it showed the british that we could have no taxs on tea. son we went and dumped the tea in the hearber to get our rights in our states. and today we have laws and rights in our hands.and today we got no more kings to tell us what to do.
