Field Day is tomorrow:) It is a day to show what you have been working hard on in PE, but more importantly it is a time to do our best and to root on our fellow classmates and teammates in other classes.
What are you most looking forward to with field day and why? Explain your answer with details. Or what did you most enjoy during field day?
How are you going to be a positive influence out on the field on Tuesday and support those around you? Or how were you a positive influence out at field day?
Remember it is a day to have fun with friends but also to try your best, you never know what you might be able to accomplish.
I am looking foward to the 75yard dash. i like this beacuse you are running down hill and it is fun. I will cheer on our class and hope we do well. I will try my very hardest. I hope everyone will have a great time!:)

I am most excited to getting ribbons because, it shows your improvement from over time. I am looking foward to cheer every one on when its not my turn. I think everyone will try their hardest. i know i will. It will be a fun day out in the sun or clouds.

What I am looking forward to field day is pretty much just having fun but also being serious. My favorite thing to do at field day would probably be the 600, even though its hard I still have alot of fun doing it. I will support my class mates no matter what cause even thought they might not be the best at everything they are still doing there hardest and trying there best.(:

The only thing I'm slightly looking forward to is the Football Pass and The Football Kick because those are the only things I'm good at. If I finish the 600 ahead of someone, I will cheer them on until the reach the finish line. I'm looking forward to doing it in the cold weather. Also, when I watch the high jump I will cheer when they make it, and even if they don't. I just don't like that it's on Arizona's 100th

I look forward to taking the day off of school. Field day is fun but I really like taking the day off of school. But if I had to pick a event that I like best I would choose long jump. Even though I am not great at it I still like it because I like running and jumping then when you put them together you get long jump. Also Happy Valentines Day and Happy Birthday Arizona!!!!!!!

Something I was looking forward was to do relay. I was a positive influence out on the field on Tuesday and supported those around me by cheering for every one not just one person. I am really proud of everyone for tring there hardest and giving it there all! I know some people think that other people are better and more athletic but if you pracitce enough and if you really want to accomplish it then we will ALL be on the same level.

DeleteI was looking forward to doing high jump.I was looking forward to high jump because I can jump really high and it is very fun.I was a positive influence because I was cheering for my class and other people from different classes.Last year I jumped the highest in fourth grade but it was not a school record.This year I think I broke the school record for high jump but i'm not sure.I had lots of fun at field day and I hope to do it again next year.

I was looking forward to the 600 because I'm so fast and I can go without stopping for a long time. 600 is most fun for fast people because you can execute it greatly, unless you cramp up or trip. If you're not as fast as other people but can hold your speed for the whole 600, good for you. I took first in the 600 and my time was 2:17 or somewhere around there, I can't remember.

I already did field day and it was my first field day that I won ribbons from. I thought field day was pretty different than what I did at my old school. My favorite part was when we did the football kick; I also won a fourth place ribbon for the football kick. Most of the time I was cheering on other people until my throat was soar. I was proud of myself when I got my first ribbons, and so were my parents.

The event that I was most looking forward to was the 75 yard dash.The reason this is my favorite event is because I am really fast and I do best in running shorter distance.One more reason I like it is because I went to field day for it last year so when I Found out I was going it became my favorite.My least favorite is the 600 because I do not like running long distance.I way I was positive to other people is I would give them a high five or say good job or nice try.I love field day I cant wait for next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read all the comments before me, and found out that they all said they liked one. I, actually, I didn't really like any of the events I participated in. Even though the football pass, kick, and softball throw were okay, I liked cheering on Evan, Austin, Brett, Landen, Xamoi, and Matt in the high jump. The high jump is always a competitive event in field day. Outside of running and jumping, all the players are having fun watching and cheering on the other players. They laugh if they messed up on the form, and just have fun, other than jumping and landing on a mat. The atmosphere of the event is all friendly, kind, and fun. It was too bad that field day had to come on Valentine's Day, Arizona's 100th Birthday, and on a day where it was 60, windy, and a 30% chance of rain.

I really like field day and having fun.I'm very competitive and I like winning but I'm fine with losing. My favorite part of field day is always the 600 because it's really fun and I like running. I was positive to people and cheering them I was cheering on Aiden to run faster even though he got last I said good job. I really like getting ribbons that you actually earn instead of getting a first place ribbon every time in the primary grades.Also I was cheering some of my other friends during the 600.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the 600!! I liked that because it made me pace myself. When you finish it you feel so joyed because you finished. When i finished in third place i was so amazed. I was amazed because i could never finish in PE ! I am so happy i did the six hundred!!

The event I am looking forward to is high jump. Even though I did this on thursday after field day I really liked high jump. I got fourth on it because I hurt my left leg the one I boost myself in the air for. I was disappointed that I lost 'cause of this leg of mine. I loved cheering for Evan,Connor,Cameron,and Austin. I liked cheering for Evan and Connor the best when it was just Evan verses Connor in open, just run on competition( do you remember when it was them). But Evan got a head start but I knew Connor was faster, Evan won but I was still happy.:)

I most enjoyed the 600 because this year I finished it unlike last year when I had to stop on my first or second round. I am really proud of myself that I improved and was able to finish it this year. I was looking forward to the football kick and pass because I have really improved in my kicking and throwing. I was a positive influence by cheering people on in the 600 and I helped get people's times. Field Day was tiring but fun!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed that when I got last place in the 600 everybody still cheered me on. Not just my friends but everyone in my group cheered me on. They were in other classes mostly. I was looking forward to the relay. I was because that is the event where all of your class has to work together to win and have fun. I was treating everybody the way they were treating me. Even if they were not in my class I still cheered for them.

ReplyDeleteI liked the 600 run because I got to run super fast, plus I got in first! I'm glad we all got to do it and we all tried our best. Everyone's a winner in field day! I encouraged my classmates by cheering everyone on and highfiving everyone when they finished. I hope everyone had a great time and was proud of themselves no matter what.

I was looking forward to the long jump because last year everyone cheered for everyone else. I cheered on everyone and even people who weren't in my group. Whenever someone cheered for me I felt happy inside and I wanted other people to fell that too.

Another reason why is because I got fourth place in this event. Even though I got a blue ribbon in the 75 yard dash, and a fifth place ribbon in the long jump. The weather was nice so it was a plesent day. In all I thought that the 600 yard dash was my favorite.

i liked the football kick, football throw , and the softball throw. i liked it because it was fun to verse miss preston even though i lost 2 out of 3. i got 2 firsts and a second in these.i encourenged xamoi in the high jump and in the noah truxell in the 600 and in the long jump. Ryan encourenged me in all the events. i loved field day.

What Im looking forward to on field day is winning the events.I didn't get a first place ribbon.But I still had a really good time on field day.I got 2 second place ribbon , a third place ribbon , and a seventh place ribbon.I wasn't very happy when I got the seventh place ribbon.Everyone was fair and a good sport.

I am looking forward to field day because of all the fun events. Even though I got one first place ribbon, I got second place ribbon for the 600. I didn't get a third but I got a forth place ribbon. Also 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th place ribbon. I only got one ribbon for each place. What was great was that all of my friends were chearing me on and that made me feel a whole lot better!

I was looking forward to the long jump because it doesn't involves a whole lot of running. I was excited when I heard I had jumped 9'10 and got 3rd place. My mother said I flew through the air and in mt 6 field days, that has been the farthest I have ever jumped. I was also looking forward to the ribbon pass-out. I was hoping for at least one 1st place and I got it in the 600. I was also super excited to see that I got a ribbon for every event! Now, I know I am more athletic then I ever thought I was.

I am looking forward to doing the relay, because relay is about working with a team.I was a positive influence by cheering on everybody.also on the 600 I ran with who ever had trouble running or was last.I tryed my hardest and when I got my ribbons back I looked at my ones from last year and qualified for more event and got better places.
