Rides or Movies
Would you rather get into theme parks and amusement parks free for the rest of your life or get into the movies free for the rest of your life?
Make sure that you explain your choice and the reasons for the choice. Your answer must be at least 6 sentences in length.
I would choose movies because there are good movies out there. There are good rides too but I think that They would soon go away one day. I like to go see movies a lot. I like a shelf full of movies. I have a portable DVD player. I like rides too its not that I don't like rides its just that they might go away in the future. It seems like only the kids ride the rides. There will be to much technology, that no one would want to get off of the technology. Do you think that there will be any type of ride that you can have in your backyard? That would be good. At least there will be people who will buy that. I also think that there will be like a device that you can, like put on glasses or something to like be inside the movie. That would be awesome! Which one would you choose?
I would probobly go with the going to the movies for free. I like rides, but I wouldn't want to go like, all the time. Maybe once or twice a year. I don't go to the movies all that often. But I still would prefer movies than a amusment park because the movies are WAY cleaner. And because the movies and foods and drinks and candies are REALLY expencive.
I would rather get in free to amusmnet parks free. I like movies and all but rides are more fun than movies. In movies are fun and all but in movies you sit for two hours. In that you can have ridden a lot of rides! In parks you can have a lot more family time. This is why I chose amusement parks !

I would rather get into amusement parks for free because I like to go on a lot of cool rides and I think rides are very fun. At Disney Land their is a ride called Splash Mountain, I dont think I would get tired of it unless I went on it at least 10 times. I like to go on the mini sky drop, bumper boats, and the log ride at Castles and Coasters. That's why I would rather get into amusement parks for free than movies.
I would do free movies for life. I would do that because the movie directors are going to make more movies than amusment park ride makers are going to make in a year. I don't want to have free amusment park tickets because at first I wold use them so much at the end I would hate going to amusment parks and that would be a wast of free tickets. Movies are most of the time diffrent and new.
I would rather go to the movies for free because I really like the movies. If I would go to a amusement park for free then I would get bored from all of the rides and sometimes its expensive. If I go to the movies then I would have a choice of what do do but if I go to amusement parks there is not really a different choice every time you go. But I am not saying that I do not like amusement parks I just will probably get bored.
I would rather get into movies for free for the rest of my life because I really enjoy watching movies. Plus sometimes they rerun old movies for the anniversary. Like the Hobbit they are rerunning The Lord Of The Rings because the Hobbit goes with them. Also In really don't like roll coasters. After I spent a day at a roller coaster park I rode every single one like 10 times. So I do not really like roller coasters that much any more. nSo an amusement park wouldn't be so much fun.
I would rather go to the movies for free for the rest of my life because at the movies there is a wide choice and after a while at the amusment ark the rides would get kind of boring. If I chose right now I would go see skyfall again. It was sssooooooooo awesome! If you like action movies or movies with lots of stunts go see Skyfall. I mean really like roller coaters too, but movies beat them. Although I really like California Scream'n, but movies still beat that.
I would want to go to amusement parks for free the rest of mylife insted of movies because I can save money. I thought Everybody liked MONEY! Besides I can go to the movies any time and it wouldn't cost that much. Also there is a really fun amusement park that I I would love to go to again. The next time I would go I can go and save money. Another thing is that I really like amusement parks.

I prefer going to a theme park and enjoying with my whole body. I like riding a Go-cart. But I'm afraid I will be bored only with the same attractions.
I would rather go into amusement parks for free for the rest of my life. I would because I LOVE RIDES!! I will go on any ride in the world! They are my favorite thing to do when I go out of state. I went to one at this amusement park on Mission Beach when I went on my trip to California during the summer. I went on this one ride that you control if you go upside down(of course I went upside down. There is this handlebar that you can push forward(which pushes you into front flips) and if you push it backwards(you'd go into backflips.) It's so fun.
I would rather go to the movies for free forever. Movies are so expensive. Plus there are many more moivies than parks. More movies come out every week. Not many park rides come out mabey every year. Plus the stuff at parks are cheesy like food and people. I love going to the movies and amusment park. It was hard to choose but movies are better.

I like movies way better, especially after I've read the book. I never really liked carnivals, and I've only been to Disney Land once. I would rather get in to movies for free because I am not really an amusement park person. I personally have a mild phobia (Hey, an oxymoron!) of roller coasters. Sure amusement parks cost so much more, but it seems like whenever I go to one SOMETHING bad happens. I go to the movies all the time, though, and imagine if you could go to the snack bar and get WHATEVER YOU WANT for FREE!!!! The candy at the snack bar in movie theaters cost like $4.50! How cool would that be!? Red Vines, large sodas, and large pop-corns for everyone!
I would like to go to an rollercoaster park for ever becuase, first of all it cost less. Second I would invite everybody in this school to the Arizona State Fair. Third There are tons of junk food there like deep fried twinkies!! There is like a bungy jump thing at the fair and it cost like 50$!!! I would want to go on that alot. Then theres Disney Land!! Well, I don't know what I couldn't do! I would invite everybody from this school again and we would be there for 4 days!!! Best field trip ever.

I would rather get into amusement parks. I love going on crazy rollercosters with lots of twists flips and drops! Once I even rode a roller coster witb one of the biggest drops in the U.S. It was awesome! Also movies give me really bad headaches if they are long, so I would rather risk throwing up from a rollercoster, than getting a headache frome a two hour movie. Lastly amusment parks last all day, not just an hour and a half to three hours. That is why I would rather get into amusment parks instead of movies for free.

I would probably get popcorn and a soda free, too. Also old movies come out for in theaters again, but with 3D. You could also. Plus we live in Arizona. Arizona is not known for it's expansive theme parks. I would have chosen going to amusement parks for free if we lived in California though.

It'd be nice not having to pay for movies because I'd have a good amount of money to spend on food and drinks. I don't go to amusement parks that much, I don't even have on close by. For other reasons, I have a movie theater close by my house. Besides, I can get free 3D movies, which are a little bit more expensive than the 2D movies. I can get a little cheap sometimes.

Don't want to sound greedy but I would want to be the only one on the ride. Just me and my group. People would want to be me or be with me. I would own Disneyland. Booya. Saving some moola!!!!

Also you could get sick on rides and might get sick and never want to do it again. The final reason is because I HATE HIGHTS so I hate most roller coasters or the..... MEGA DROP never will I go on that. So I would pick movies instead!
Amusement parks are so awesome but, only one of them are near me, with the price of gasoline or airplane tickets, it'd end up costing more than the original price of the amusement park! Anyways an AMC Theater is in walking distance from my house, literally! So I would definitely want movies forever. In the future I'm sure they'll rise the price in movies & amusement parks. Well & probably much more! So, yes, I would choose unlimited free movies over unlimited free amusement park entries (I guess).
I would much rather go to Amusement Parks because I am a roller coaster freak! I would never been bored of coasters because every summer I would go to Cedar Point. Also movies are so over rated, dangerous, and expensive. I mean like $5 for a thing of popcorn!!! (To expensive for a box of popcorn) Also Amusement Parks are good for parties, and just fun with friends. That's why I would like to have amusement parks for life.
I would rather get in to movies for free. I would because I love going to the midnight premieres! The bad thing is they are always packed! I love to go to the movies with my friends. The movies are always so expensive! It would be awesome to get in to the movies for free because I love to see all of the latest movies! Alexis :)
I would rather get into amusement parks for free. I would because I love the ones that go up then drop. Also the one that goes upside down. Some movies are boring, like Lincoln. Also I went to California to visit family and I went on this awesome ride that you control if you do front flips and backflips. There is a handle that you push forward and pull backwards. The handle looks like a handle in a car. Hannah
If I got to choose either to have roller coasters free for the rest of my life, or movies free for the rest of my life. I would choose to have roller coasters free. I don't really go to movies, so I wouldn't like it that much. I love roller coaster, so to have them for free would be super cool! Also you can get more excerize walking around an amusement park, then just sitting in a movie theater. Overall I would love to have roller coasters free for the rest of my life! Meghan #15

That's an easy one, rides. I picked rides because it cost more to go to carnivals/amusement parks. Like 8-1000 dollars. When the movies cost 10-60 dollars. Plus drinks, popcorn, and candy. It's also more fun to go to carnivals than movie.

If I had to go to movie theaters or amusement parks for the rest of my lifetime. I would choose movie theaters. Why, because I get to see my favorite types of movies. Also Sometimes you get sick of going on to much roller coasters in one day. You don't get that in movie theaters. Also if you go strait to a ride that does flips right after you eat, you feel like your going to throw up, or you do. I know because I've had that feeling before.
