  1. I'm looking forward into seeing the shows because the one we had a school was really funny! I'm also looking forward into riding some of the rides. I think it will be exciting because we might just learn something new about the Renaissance and maybe the acts will be funnier. I'm also looking forward into maybe eating at the chocolate maker because I love chocolate. Another place that sounds interesting to be is the queens kitchen because they serve shrimp and onion rings! For the entertainment I would enjoy to watch,"The Whip-master Adam Crack" and "Franko, Master Hypnotist" because they both look like amazing and enjoyable to watch! The games I would probably want to do is, throwing a tomato at an insulting peasant because maybe this peasant did something bad. One of the rides that seem interesting is Da Vinci's Flying Machine because on the website it said take a spin, so i'm guessing you spin around which I love rides that spin!

  3. On the Renaissance Field trip today I did a lot of fun and exciting things, but I think most amazing thing I did was watching the jousting. I was upset because the purple knight wasn't there. He is my favorite knight. Last year, when I watched the jousting, the purple knight won, and then the blue knight evily struck him with his sword because he didn't like losing. I also think the wooden swords are cool there, so that's why I bought one. I also bought a sword holder for it, too. I liked showing it off to my friends. When I got home and showed my mom it, she said, "I knew you were going to get a sword" because I've been talking about getting one for a while! I really liked going on the Renaissance field trip today.

  4. At Renaissance Festival, I ate a cupcake and fried potatoes. They were good. I bought a key chain, a wooden sword and a marshmallow shooter. I also brought home a neckless for my mother. The knighting ceremony was very cool. Each knight dressed up and rode a horse. Two knights did fencing. I took pictures. They were holding shield and a sword in each hand.

My group and I did not look at many shows. The best part of the festival was the torture chamber and insulting people. I had lots of fun.

  6. I wasn't at the Renaissance Festival because I some how got sick. My mom had promised that we would go over the weekend because she felt bad. I can't wait to hear from everybody how it went! I want to go soo bad. When I go I will tell you how it went for me because right now I can't, sorry. If I was there with all of you I'm sure I would have had great fun. Well, I hope all of you had a great time!

  7. I think the best part of the field trip was the food. The food was really good I had a turkey leg. Later I had a lemon bar from the bakery. It was very good. Well I was there I watched the coin striker, village black smith and glass blower.THe attractions I did were the saber smith, archery station, and the Torture Chamber. I bought this really cool dragon calling whistle. Spencer and chase got one too. That instrument chase was playing that looked like a flute was a dragon calling whistle. I also bought a cool bronze medallion from the Coin Striker.I really enjoyed the Renaissance Festival. I am going to beg my mom to bring me there next year.

  8. My favorite part was the boat ride. The boat ride was fun because The first time we went on Noah and I were sitting next to each other and Alex and Hannah were sitting next to each other. And Noah and I did not fasten the chain tight so we were sliding around and falling forward when we went high. The second time Hannah And I were sitting next to each other and Noah and Alexis were sitting next to each other and Noah and were tugging on the rope and we were going so high that we started to fall foward. I enjoyed the rides and the festival. I wish we could go agian. :( :(

  9. My favorite part was the jousting or the torture chamber. The jousting was cool because the knights were riding horses and fighting with the swords. I liked the torture chamber because there was many interesting ways that they tortured people back then. For lunch I had a turkey leg and a soda. In the gift shop I bought a sword, the sword was really cool. The things I did there were the maze, the jousting show, and the torture chamber. This trip to the renaissance festival was really fun. I want to come back again next year!

  10. My favorite part was the torture chamber because it was cool seeing what they did to criminals instead of what we do today. I saw a lot of the shops, I think all of them, I saw the glass maker, I saw a little bit of the jousting, and I saw the storybook castle. For lunch I had pizza. I was going to get the turkey leg, but then I thought, I don't want to eat a turkey on steroids. I bought a dagger for my brother and a drawing of a wolf for me. Then, on the bus, Ashley decided that her sword was too big for her and I traded my dagger for her sword.

I enjoyed the rides and the festival.

  12. I loved the Renaissance festival so much! It was so much fun! I loved the way everyone was dressed and the way they acted. My favorite part was the dungeon museum. It was cool seeing the different ways they tortured people. At the Renaissance festival I got a bow. I didn't get any arrows because they were $8 each! I am happy with what I got. I liked the Renaissance festival because it was fun seeing what life was like back then.

  14. The Renaissance Festival field trip was awesome! My favorite part of it was the dungeon tour because it was really interesting. My group did a lot of walking around the fair. We walked the entire loop. Our first real attraction was the dungeon tour, then we went to the storybook castle. After that we went to have lunch. Finally we went to the glass blowing show. I bought a tiny dagger which was nothing compared to some of the swords other kids bought. The Renaissance Festival was really cool and I am happy we went to it.

  15. I think the Renaissance Festival field trip was good. I did think, however, that it was better the last time I went. My mom was an awesome chaperone. One of the things we did was go to the torture chamber. I think the torture chamber was a little harsh. We also went to see the jousters. I think it was a little too exaggerated because everything was very scripted.

  16. The Renaissance Fesival was a blast. My favorite part was seeing the sword swallower show. First we went to the joust. It was pretty well acted out. The blue guy cheated though... Then we went to the sword swallowing show. It was awesome!!! He even nail a nail with a hammer up his nose. It was so gross. Yet really cool. We also did the maze. We found a phone in the maze too. So, we had to call the person's mom and drop it off at the lost and found. We did a couple things after that to. In conclusion I would love to go back to the Renaissance Festival.

  17. When I heard we were going to the renissance festival I was so excited to go because I love the renissance ara. I loved the Vegtable justice game all though I didn't try it he was hilarious. I brought home a sword from the renissance festival. We went and saw the jousting, sword swallowing and the falcon show. I wanted to do journey to the new world or whatever it's called but i didn't have enough money. I would love to go again with my family so we aren't limited on time or money. I think my brother and sister would love it. NOTTT!!!!

  18. Renaissance was the best field trip I've ever attended. My favorite part was watching the Juggler. He was really funny and his tricks while Juggling were fantastic. I wanted to do the axe throwing but their wasn't enough time. I bought a really cool necklace coin with the Celtic Knot on the front and the Sagittarius symbol on the back. I also aquiered a small wooden flute that makes a high pitch sound that for some reason makes my classmates think I'm a genius. Shooting archery was also something that I did. Though it was hard to hold the arrow when fireing. I really wish I had gotten to do more.

  19. When we were at the festival my group did lots of things! But the thing that I liked the most was going to see the jousting tournament. It was really cool! I did not bring anything home because I am a money SAVER!! Some other things that we did was go to the torture chamber. The things that they did to the people was worse than what that person did! We also ate lunch of course! It was delicious! I really hope that I get to go to the festival again soon! it was great!

  20. My favorite part of the festival was just hanging out with Christian, Lexi, and Allana C. We bought a few things, for example, I bought a pretty cool sword for $8.00. I didn't do any rides but I tried the rock climbing wall, oh my was that absolutely hard. I did the expert one, worst ever! It hurt my hands, arms, legs, fingers, and muscles! They had some really cool things you could have bought but I only bought the sword and some food and drinks. I have to admit that the jousting tournament was really lame, there wasn't much action at all and was a waste of time. Overall, I'm very glad we went, it was super fun and I learned a lot! If you tried the turkey legs, please comment below and tell me how good you thought they were, I loved them, the meat was perfect and it was HUGE!

  21. I loved the Resonance Festival. My favorite part was the sword swallower. I had a great group. My chaperone was Mrs. Truxil. We walked around for a long time and when we found something we liked. We walked around and we found the petting zoo, we spent thirty minutes there and walked to the blacksmith. There we saw lots of swords and lots of different equipment. Then it was lunch time and that was my favorite time of the day, I was so glad to eat lunch. I had a turkey leg and a half with some french fries and a large drink. Next we visited the wood crafting store and I bought a wooden sword.

  22. The best part pf the Renaissance Festival was definitely the the weapon shops. They must have worked very hard to make all of them. Some of the wood ones had beautiful designs on them, and some of the steel swords had very sharp edges. Not to mention that the bows were so cool, even though you couldn't shoot them. And speaking of bows, they were not that expensive. If you go back to the steel weapons you should find battle axes, double sided swords, and many other things.
So that was definitely my favorite part of the fair.

  23. THe best part of our Renaissance field trip to me was the knife throwing because i have never thrown a knife before and i thought it was really fun! I also got it in the target! My group also had an awesome time on the boat rides. It is when you get into a small boat to pull two ropes to make the boat go faster and higher! It was really exciting! Also for lunch, I got a HUGE turkey leg (that i only ate half of!) and an Icee. It wasn't one of those Icees with the polar bear on it though! It was basically sorbet in a little orange peel that was frozen! It was really hard to eat because it was frozen, and I also have sensitive teeth. One other activity we went to was the petting zoo. It was very cute and fun because the animals would prop their legs on the fence so you could be in reach to pet them! WE saw baby chicks there too! The last activity I really enjoyed was the sword swallowing! It was creepy, fun, hopeful, and scary at the same time! It was really creepy how he hammered a nail into his nose! I had a very fun time at the Renaissance! I hope me class and my group enjoyed it too!

  24. My favorite part at Renaissance was The Boat Ride. Harrison, Noah T, Alex, and I went on that ride and Harrison and Noah T weren't strapped in and Harrison was screaming like a little girl. It was halarious! Alex, ALexis, and I got these massive turkey legs. I barely ate half of it! We also got Ice-E's in an orange. I've never seen anything like it before. Then we watched Sword Swallowing. M tooth fell out! I was eating candy and it came out! It was bleeidng a lot. I had a blast! I want to go back there JUST for The Boat Ride!

  25. I think the best part was at the end when we had saw the joust. Even thew the play was really cheese. While we were there we had bought some swords. We had also seen the juggling person. When all the kids were under him he had tricked us in to getting all wet. It was so cooled after that moment. I still really want to go there next year.

  26. The best part of the Renaissance festival was the boat rides! I also enjoyed ax throwing but the boat rides were a little more fun! I also liked seeing the baby chicks!! They were so cute! They also had REALLY good food! I got a turkey leg and this icee thing! The icee was kind of like a frozen strawberry sorbet inside of a lemon!! It was so good! My least favorite part was the weather! I was so cold! Even though I had a sweatshirt and a coat on!

  27. My favorite part of the Renaissance field trip was seeing all the people that worked their and how well they played their parts. I really liked that because if they wouldn't of really acted like they were in the Renaissance it would not have been fun at all. I think my whole group really liked watching how they blew glass, it was really cool! I never knew glass was blown like that! For lunch people in my group had huge turkey legs, but I was too much of a wimp to try one so I just had normal food. After lunch my group went to go look at some of the knives and swords, I did not really think it was cool but they boys in my group did. After that the girls got to do something, so I got my hair braided it looked so cool and she even put a real flower in it! Overall the Renaissance Festival was a really great experience and I would love to go back!

  28. The best part of the the Renaissance Festival was walking around with my group, Alana C., Christian and Connor and looking around at everything that the festival had. When we got there, the first thing that we did was eat. Alana and I had a baked potato and we all had frozen lemonade. It was amazing but very sour. Then, we looked around and we watched a play. It was a guy that was juggling with all sorts of stuff. He juggled hats, fire, bowls and ore. After, we just walked around a bit until the Jousting Tournament they had at 1:00. Then, my group and I were watching people rock climb and then we watched the tournament. After a while, we just walked around looking at different shops. Right before we left, Alana and I bought these pecans that were amazing! I had a lot of fun at the festival and I hope I can go again soon!

  29. I think the best part of the field trip was the Torture Chamber. All but one of the methods I had never knew about. I bought a painted sword and painted sheild for 62 dollars, then a poster of a black-purple dragon for 5. I never got to see Thom Sellectomy. I didn't ride any rides, either. I never got to watch that much of the jousting because everyone kept standing in front of my face thinking that they're more special than I was. In the beginning, I never found anything that I wanted, and I began to get disappointed at my choices because I thought I would end up not having anything to show for my participation in the Festival. That's what I can say about my time there.

  30. The best part of the Renaissance Festival was the boat ride. Thats my favorite part because when Harrison, Alex, Hannah, and Me went on it, Harrison screamed louder than Alex, Hannah, and Me combined!! We went on right after that but Harrison and ME sat on apposite sides so we can go super high but Alexis sat next to me and Hannah sat next to Harrison. My second favorite part was throwing the Axes. That was my second favorite because I never got to throw an Axe before. Harrison, Alex, Alexis, Hannah, Jose, and Me threw the Axes. Jose, Harrison, and Me stuck the target and Hannah, Alexis, and Alex hit the hay directly under the target. The funniest part was when Harrison stuck his hand in between the fences and the chicken bit him on the hand and he screamed so loud that everybody took about 3 or 4 steps away from him. Thats half of what Harrisons group and my group did, Im not going to say anymore because I'm too lazy and you need to go there for yourself because I dont want to say alot of the stuff there.

  31. At the Renaissance Festival I am looking forward to going on the rides. Also speaking their language. But, what I am truly looking forward to is the food. I hear that the food is great. I can't wait to see the shows and the jousting. Also I can't wait to see the people in thier costumes. At the Renaissance Festival I hope I can learn more of how they speak. I think it will be great!

  32. I was looking forward to getting a long bow.(I put was becuase it's after the Renassance Festival) The best part was walking around and seeing the past. We walked around the festival and watched a lot of shows. I got a turkey leg and It was huge!!!! My mom and I shared it. We also watched the bird show and that was really cool. The last bird is the best. It is realated to the fastest bird on earth!! Not a cheetah. It's a bird!! I didn't get to bring home anything cause' I didn't have the time. The festival was so fun, even if we got pulled over by a cop and came late.

  33. We're all looking forward to the renaissance festival, I know I am. I've heard of some of the things that are in the renaissance festival. I'm looking forward to doing the ax throws, and I heard there was knife throws! I'm also looking forward to learning the lifestyle of the renaissance, I want to learn about it! I've also heard of some of the torture methods, and I'd definitely want to see those. I know that they have weird words like "knotty head" which means dull, stupid. It sounds like a lot of fun there!

  35. The Renaissance Festival was really fun! My favorite part was the dungeon chamber. It was really scary! I also liked watching the Tortooga twins. They were really funny! I tried a lot of weird food and I found out that I liked most of them. My favorite were the honey sticks. Overall The Renaissance was really cool! I can't wait to go there again!
