5th Grade has begun!!!!!
We have already been in school for over 3 weeks. Wow!!! That doesn't seem real.

I love 5th grade! My awesome friends and teacher make me happy! 5th grade rocks! This is going to be a fun experience. I want to make this the best year yet! NRES will become the best school in the PV district! :)

Fith grade has been great so far!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI was worried that my teacher would be mean.That was not true.Miss Preston is nicer than most of my teachers. I was also worrying that all of my friends would be in the other class, so I wouldn't know anybody. I have more friends than last year!!!! All of my fears were proven wrong!!

So far, 5th grade has been a blast! I've had such a fabulous year, I'm used to everything here, and I am no longer nervous. In the beginning of the year, I was nervous. I walked in and looked at everyone, and I was scared. I didn't now if anyone would like me. Now, I know people like me and I have nothing to worry about. I love this school, and it is great!

ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed math and writing so far. I was nervous about science being boring but it's not. I am still nervous about social studies tests. I am excited about projects in writing. I am also excited about math projects. I think Miss Preston is a very nice teacher and I am very excited for the rest of the year!

5th grade has been a blast so far! I love how we always do experiment in science.Like when we did swingers or boats. I really was not nervous about anything in the beginning of the year and that has remained the same to this very day.I am looking forward to learning more and getting better each day at every single subject. ReplyDeleteI am excited about the rest of the school year. So I am kind of nervous. I have enjoyed the flippers because I like to do fun things. I am not so nervous about anything because I know that I'll be able to do 5th grade work. All though I am nervous about aims testing because that is the hardest part about 5th grade. I am excited abut the school money because we can buy popcorn. We can also buy soda. The thing that is a little hard is paying our rent for the month. So that is what I like about fifth grade.
ReplyDeleteSchool is fun. But, a lot of people don't enjoy it. My question is why. Why wouldn't you enjoy going out and talking to your friends? Why wouldn't you enjoy the sweet smell of rain in the morning or the nice sun at noon? I mean it's just so amazing. I'm just saying that you should get a little more active. I think 5th grade is good because we can learn more than we did last year. 5th grade is fun and challenging for others and including me.5th grade has games and a funny teacher. Our teacher is funny and tough about homework.For me 5th grade is important. What i'm trying to say is I love 5th grade.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed science.I love to do the projects.My favorite project was the life boats. I also like to write about fake things like the world shaped like a cupcake. That will never happen but I write about things like that any way.Science and writing are my favorite subjects.

In 5th grade I have enjoyed doing the dead words because it was fantastic.When I first entered 5th grade I was nervous about being popular in 5th grade.I am excited about learning or doing more science.I think 5th grade is difficult.my lucky number is 99.This is all I have to say.

Yes I have had a fun time in fifth grade. I couldn't ask for a better class!!!! The money,my group is very funny,and my teacher is great!!! I also love being a banker and having to write out pay checks!!!! I cant wait to see what my next job is.I also love math!!I wish that Miss Preston would be with all of us again!!!

I'm also enjoying 5th grade.The thing's I enjoyed the most was meeting old and new friends!Another thing i liked about 5th grade is the science and social studies.At the begging of the school year I thought i was bad at math,history,reading,science,and,writing.Now I'm not bad at history and science. ReplyDeleteSo far this year I've enjoyed l to j my favorite is math standards.I also like Latin stems but my mom makes me study 10 a night.Now that this year has started I'm exited for field day.I really want to get first in the 75 yard dash this year.Also I just started tackle football.We won 2 games and haven't lost any.

I had have a great time in 5th it is so far the best grade ever.I like this class because some teachers I had were kinda boring and Miss Preston has a lot of funny jokes:).In science we do a lot of hands on projects and science and science is my favorite subject.She tells us about here adventures and parts of here life that are funny.We are doing a project that we half to make a commercial and we got to pick are own partners so that was cool and I don't like getting with my partners that i don't get alone with. That's why I like Miss Preston's class so far.

ReplyDeleteI have had a fantastic time in the 5th grade so far. I too am also amazed we have already been in school for three weeks now. So far the thing I most enjoyed this year is science. Which is funny because last year science was very tedious to me. I enjoy doing all these new and interesting experiments in class like making lifeboats,pendulums, and even,what we have recently started,making flippers. I have had a wonderful time so far in the 5th grade, and I am so thrilled to see what you have planned for us to do next.

5th grade has been a blast so far. At first I was worried because I was going to a new school. Now I'm not worried because I have some friends and an awesome teacher. I exited about Constitution day where we will be making ink and paper. I've enjoyed doing experiments and learning about Indians and Vikings in social studies. I can't wait to see whats next.

DeleteI loved making our paper and writing on them with our ink! I was nervous about it because I did not want to spill the ink! I was careful writing the preamble when i put my stick in the ink so it would not tip. I got some ink on my hands. I could feel the cold ink on my hand and still smelt the berries.The writing process of it was not that hard. The preamble project was fun and I enjoyed it. I enjoyed it so much I still have the preamble song stuck in my head.

I loved to make the ink. It was messy but I loved it the most. I thought it was a brillint idea to smash the berries.I also enjoyed writing on our paper.My paper was thick.I also learned the preamble song and the actions to it. I love Constitution Day.

I liked making the ink. I thought it was fun because we got our hands wet and kind of dirty. The ink was cold, so it felt good. The smell was minty fresh!!!! I have liked science a lot because we do hands on instead of writing out of the book and listening to a droning teacher. We have done 2 experiments and are doing a third!! The awesome blogger dude is back. He creeps me out.
