With the winter break fast approaching, what are you most excited about? Does your family have any specials plans for the break? I am most excited about Christmas Day. My family goes to my cousins house for Christmas this year.We go bowling with my cousins and my grandparents after Christmas. This year my Uncle Charlie is coming.Every year my family goes to see Zoo Lights. This is what my family does over the winter break. #11

For Christmas break my sisters are coming down to stay until break is over. I am so excited that they are bringing their dog Teddy. He is so cute and fluffy. I cant wait. I am going to play with my older sisters Haley and Candice. I am going to sleep with Haley then switch of with Candice. We are going to have so much FUN!!!!!!!! I haven't seen them for a long time and I get to see them now. I will love Christmas break so much.

Every year for Christmas my family either goes to California or Oklahoma. Every year we switch off. Last year we went to Oklahoma so this year we are going to California. We go to California to see my mom's side of the family and my dad is from Oklahoma. Last year (when we went to Oklahoma) we had a white Christmas! I also got to see my grandparent's new house. They live on a golf coarse on the edge of the woods so we got to see a lot of cute chipmunks, squirrels, and all sort of other creatures that were supposed to be hibernating! It was a lot of fun, But, we have a lot of fun in California too. It is a really nice neighborhood and everyone knows each other. My other grandparent's house (the ones in California) are the main host of our huge family Christmas. All around my grandparent's fireplace there are about 30 stockings. It is so much fun!

For winter break I am most excited about having to spend Christmas with my family.I am also excited about seeing what people got for me. I really want to see what my christmas dinner will be. Then I want to just see how my cousin acts because it will her first christmas. On winter break I can't wait to not do homework and school work!!!! WHEW!! My favorite part about winter break is Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I always go to my grandma's house with everyone else on my mom's side of the family. We have to take pictures and we also get to open presents. On Christmas morning, my brother and I always have to wait until my parents get up. Then, we get to look inside of our stockings. My grandma and grandpa on my dad's side of the family come over and we have to wait to have breakfast. Finally, we get to open gifts. I am so excited for Christmas.

I am freaking out about Christmas break. Every year the day after Christmas, my grandpa takes my family to Telluride, Colorado. My grandpa and his wife are skiers but me and my brother are snowboarders. During the day when me and my brother are boarding, we sneak over to a candy store called the Sweet Life. This is my favorite place to get candy. They don't just have candy, they also have ice cream and others. I love the Holidays. So this is what I do on my Christmas break.

Every year for Christmas my stepdad, my mom, and I all go to see my grandparents. Almost all of my family live in one little town called "Tonto Basin" and its very convenient because for holidays we can all meet at someone`s house. I love Christmas time and I especially like the food. My family usually will go to my aunts house because her house is a lot bigger then others. Everybody always brings one item to eat and we put things together and we have a big holiday dinner. One thing I find funny is that not always there is a Christmas tree because every thing is always so important that it sometimes gets forgotten about. but anyways those are some things I do for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteDuring Christmas break in my family, we see our friends the Tolpes and we have a holiday dinner with them. Some Christmas' we go to New York to see our family and play in the snow. Other winters we go to Sedona and play in the snow there because we have a time share there and sometimes we go there for spring break because they have a giant chess board, so big that I can't sit on the top of the king or queen. On Christmas Eve night we go on the computer and watch to see where Santa is until we see him coming our way, then we go to bed. We also like to go around the neighborhood and look at the lights and go to this one house that has bubbles flouting around, lots of lights, a window full of Christmas things and sometimes Santa comes. I love Christmas and winter break.

My family's tradition is to hang up stockings for Santa. We also have a tradition of a Christmas Day countdown. I would usually do the How many days before Santa comes. Another one of my family's tradition is when one of us wakes up in the middle of the night to see the presents and then go and wake the rest of us up. This year it is my turn to see the presents. It is going to be so much fun! We always bake Christmas cookies for Santa and also give him a glass of chocolate milk. My mom has a tradition of a cookie exchange every year. It's when we invite people over that we know, and they bake cookies and we decide who's is the best. Those are my family's holiday traditions.

I'm excited for Winter Break because this is the time of year when my grandma comes in from California. We always set some time where we can spend time together. We always make homemade sugar cookies. I usually go to my great grandma's and decorate the tree then spend Christmas there. On Christmas eve, we go to a party. My family plays a game where members of the family buy gifts, and the kids pick one. It's really fun. On Christmas morning, I love to see the smile on my little brother's face when he sees the presents under the Christmas tree.

One of my family traditions Is when we wake up early and sit around the Christmas tree and open present. We have family come over and we have a big dinner. I am very exited about Christmas. Something I am doing this year is hanging out with my cousins from Wisconsin. My cousin Tylor and my cousin Lyndsey are super fun to hang out with. I also will celebrate Christmas. For Christmas I usually have all of my family over and we celebrate. Or we go to my aunties house and play ping pong. We don't open are presents until all of are of are relatives come over. DeleteWhat I do during Christmas is have relatives over. This year we are having two sets of relatives come. The first group are my grandparents from my mom's side. The second are my cousin, aunt and uncle from my dad's side. My grandparents are here for Christmas day, and my uncle aunt and cousins are flying in on the 28th. Last year for like an hour I played with Brady in the park on Christmas.

During winter break I usually just hang out with friends and family! During break on Christmas I am going over to my grandmas for brunch just to see my family from college again! During vacation I usually spend a day or two with my grandma because I am always busy and barley get to spend time with her even though we are very close! Occasionally I will sleep at my cousin's house or they will sleep at mine and we will laugh, have fun, and watch movies! On occasion I will do something unique like paint pottery, ice skate or go bowling! These are some things I do over winter break! #8

In that state we might visit our cousuns and grandma. wea also might just sit around all day at home I think we are sopost to go to church on chrismas. I also think we are moving in january so i'll bw packing. I also might just eat a bunch of chips and unhealthy food junk. What I do for christmas and winter break is have fun. I also spend time with my family. Playing with friends is fun during winter break. Waking up chrismas mornig seeing every body so happy makes me happy. Eating breskfast on chrismas morning is fun. The thing I cant forget about is opening preasents.

For Winter Break I normally go to South Dakota and play in the snow but this time we are having Christmas here. We always have my Grandma cook and we have the family play a board game. On Christmas Eve we open the gifts from our family. My favorite part of winter break though is New years eve. I mostly go over to a friends house and stay up until 12:00. I love winter break.

What I do for winter break is christmas. We'll christmas is my favorite holiday its also over winter. It's my favorite is decorating the house and opening presents. It's also cool that you don't wake up for school early but for christmas you wake up early and you'r not even tired. It's good we have a week or two weeks because we could play with whatever we got.

I am most extcited about Christmas because it is my favorite holiday and it is in winter break how cool is that. I stayed at home and had some fun. During the break we did chismas like normal. Then I just played outside. Then I went inside and played video gfame for a short time. I usally go to my grandparents house. Then we usally have a christmas dinner.
