Boring or Kind????
Would you rather have a friend who is really fun to be with, but not very nice
or
have a friend who is kind of boring but also very kind????

I would rather have a friend that is kind but boring. I've had a friend in the past that was fun to be with, but very mean. Trust me, it wasn't to fun when she was saying that she didn't like you at all behind your back to another one of your friends. I would like a friend who was really nice to me and boring because even though they are boring, I like people being nice to be and not doing mean and nasty things to me. I don't like a friend that is calling me names even if they think it is just for fun. Besides, a true friend stands up for you and likes you for who you are. You don't have a true friend if they be mean to you. These are the reasons why I would rather have a boring but kind friend. Sarah #2
I would want a friend thats kind and boring.I want them as friend becuase a nice friend is a true friend for life.Even if they're boring they're still going to defend you aginst bully's.If I had a friend that was boring and nice I would get used to the things they think is fun,but is really boring.This is why I would like a boring and nice friend. 21
I would rather have a friend who is really fun to be with, but not very nice. I would rather have a friend like that because you can do fun stuff together. When friends are not very nice, they usually have a problem from their past or something tough going on in their life right now. You can easily just talk to them and see what is wrong. If that doesn't work then teach them to be nice. Everyone has some good in their hearts and some people just don't express that. I have had a friend like that and she had some problems because she wasn't very wealthy. She had some good in her heart and eventually expressed it. That is why I would rather have a fun, but not very nice friend.

I would rather have a friend that is fun to be with but not very nice. I think this because if they start acting a little condescending or patronizing or even just plain mean that doesn't mean that there isn't a source to stop. It just means that they don't know they're being kind of rude or a little too cocky. I also believe this because at people at times are having a hard time with something. Like a struggle, and they don't have someone to fall on. They also might even have a bully causing this chain of pain, hate, and even anger. That's what I believe. But, I would also rather have a mean but fun-to-be-with friend because sometimes when your having so much fun, you just forget your mean-old-friend because your lost in the moment. I would want to have a friend that is fun but not nice because it's easy to take an insult. I would rather have a fun friend because a boring friend wouldn't do anything fun. Then they wouldn't be my friend because all my friends are fun. If my friend was boring, then I would become boring and then nothing would be exciting at all. I would rather have a boring and nice friend than mean and fun friend because you can always show them a good time and teach them how to have fun, but mean friends can hurt you with words! If someone is boring you can talk or watch a movie but the main idea is that they are nice to you and they care abut you! I always think treat them how you want to be treated so if there nice to you they wanted to be treated nicely back! If somebody is mean to you it teaches you that its okay when really its not, but if somebody is nice to you it teaches you otherwise which is actually correct! People can change but that takes time and effort if they are already nice the do not need to be changed at al!That is why I would rather have a polite, nice and boring friend than a impolite, mean friend! #8
I would rather have a friend that is fun. I say this because if he is fun and not nice, I would teach him to be nice. He would also be fun and nice at the same time. We would have to work hard. It may not be easy to teach someone to be nice if they are mean, but they could also try. So this is why I would have a friend that is fun but is not very nice. #16
I personally would rather have a friend who is boring but kind. I would teach them to be more fun. Having a not nice friend could cause issues. We would also start acting the same way. I would love for someone to be as kind as a butterfly, but you don't always have to be kind. Maybe someone is bullying you. Wouldn't you not be kind and stick up for yourself? I would rather have a friend who is kind because if I was sad, they would make me feel better. Mean people hurt feelings and then I wouldn't want to stay friends with them. Kind people, even if they are boring, are helpful when something is wrong, and you can trust them to keep secrets. Even boring people can still be fun because you can make them have fun by teaching them cool things. I am lucky because my best friends are neither boring nor mean. Also you can't really have fun with someone who is mean. That is why I would rather be friends with someone kind, but boring.
I would rather have a friend that's really have a boring friend than nice and really mean. Well, its would be really bad if you have a friends that's really mean but fun. I would want a boring friend because you would be better off as a friend. Better than having a really mean friend. Its just better because if they where mean I would not be their friend. I would rather have a boring but kind friend. No matter how fun someone may be, if they are mean they would be a horrible friend. If your friend is nice they will always be there for you. If your friend is mean they will tag along with you but back out when you need them most. That would not be good. But all of my friends are nice and fun. 14

I would rather have a friend who is mean because they could gradually become nicer to people if you teach them how to be kind to others. Also it would be a lot better to hang out with someone who you know you'll have a great time with rather than someone who you know you'll have a boring time with. I wouldn't want to have a friend who is kind but boring because it is easy for someone to be kind to everyone but it's another thing to just be completely boring. You would never have anything to do with this person so really there would be no point in even trying to do something fun because you they'll probably just make it boring for you. I would because say if your sad that friend will be mean but if you had a nice friend then she would make you happy. say you are sick of your mean friend then say you don't want to be friends that would be rude and with a nice friend you don't have to say that. If I had to pick a type of friend to have I would pick kind. I would pick kind because they can really help in life. Also, When you feel down they can cheer you up. They might be not fun but they are the best at being truthful. You could ask them about FASHION!!!, because people know girls. If you need help in life they could be honest with you and say no I don't think you should say that so they would be honest.
I would rather have a kind but boring friend. Since I can just ask them to play with me and play a game that I want to play. I think that a kind friend is SO much better than a mean friend. I would rather have a friend who is fun buy not nice only if she/he were nice to me or else they would not be fun. I would play with them and make sure they stay away from others so they are not mean to others. It kind of depends on what fun you mean. It could be a funny fun or a game player person thingy to. I would rather have Tammy and Kaylee as the funny friends I have now who are kind and fun. Being mean is not fun but having a good friend is. So both ways it is kind of a lost.
I would rather have a friend that is fun yet mean. I would rather have a friend that is mean yet fun because those types of friends are not to bad as long as we do fun stuff together like going rock climbing and swimming and stuff like that. That would be more fun than just having a nice and boring friend and have insperation and not doing any thing with him. #1

I would rather have a boring and kind friend. My reason for that is because, you do not have to have a friend that is always wanting to do stuff playing around all the time. A boring friend could be somebody that is just sitting around or dose not want to do any thing. To have fun you could play with a game like monopoly. Have someone who is mean and is your friend is not really a friend at all, it would be somebody that is rude to you. Those are my reasons why I would like a nice/boring friend. #22 shelbi
