I would rather have a 2 hour lunch time than go on a field trip every Friday. I would love to have a longer lunch . Our lunch time now is like 5 minutes long. Well at least it feels like that. I like field trips but I don't like the bus. They are loud and hot. I also don't like the small seats. Or my friends and I might fight over the wind seats. That would suck. If we had a 2 hour lunch time we could take our tome. Mabye people would have extra time and clean up after themselvs. Then we will have a cleaner lunch time and happier students. All of them with a full belly so we could learn more. Courtney
ReplyDeleteI would rather go on field trips everyday than a 2 hour lunch time.One reason why is because you would finish you lunch in 10 or less you dont need 2 hours to finish. If we got to go on a field trip everyday that would be amazingly fun because we would go everywhere and see everything. Also if you chose the lunch period p.s it's really really loud in there.With a field trip every day you wouldn't have any homework and you wont have too do anything during the whole day. So i dont see why you should choose 2 hour lunch time than a field trip every day. #6

If we go to the lunch room we would spend alot wasteful time about two hours. Also on field trips we still get a lunch, so its better in every way. So I would rather go on a field trip. ryan 10#
ReplyDeleteI would like to go on field trips every Friday because You don't need two hours to finish your lunch. One reason is if you finish your lunch already you have to two hours. In field trips you get to explore more things. In field trips you can learn something that you never had. So I rather chose field trips than two hours of lunch.

DeleteIf I would have to choose between Field Trip every Friday or having longer Lunch, I would choose to have a Longer Lunch. The reason why I want to have a longer Lunch because if I just had Field Trips every Friday it would eventually get kind of boring of just going from place to place and we won’t learn as much as we know now so thats one of the reasons I want lunch. Another reason why is because I really love to eat lunch but I love to take Field Trips! But if we get some more time of Lunch, I would be able to talk to my friends a lot longer and actually be able to finish my lunch because I am usually only able to eat half of my lunch anyway. Another reason I would rather go on a field trip every Friday is because they are fun. I would rather not have a two hour lunch period. I would rather go on a field trip every Friday than have a two hour lunch period. Field trips are enjoyable because you are able to leave school and see many new places. Many field trips are educational because museums have many prehistoric and historical facts. Also, the school day goes by faster than normal when you are on the field trip. When you have a two hour lunch, the school day goes by a lot slower. School would have to be two hour longer as you would have to make up the work while at the two hour lunch. Additionally, if the weather is stormy you will be stuck in the cafeteria and instead of going out and play.Also, the lunch food won't be enough for two hours of eating. So, a two hour lunch period is like sitting in a movie theater with a bunch of talking people. A field trip every Friday is like a constant adventure. ReplyDeleteI would rather have a field trip every Friday because they can be very fun and exciting. It would be very fun to go to new places to learn about what your field trip is about. You could also talk to your friends on the bus and look out the window to see whats around you. Sometimes you may able to eat lunch at the field trip if it is a little bit longer field trip. I wouldn't like to sit at lunch for two hours and hear a bunch of talking and yelling. If this ever did happen I would more likely do it. The only problem is, what about the make up work?

I would rather have lunch be two hours than go on a field trip every Friday. Our lunch period is so short. We barely have any time to eat and all the kids quickly stuff their face with food. Even then we don't even finish all our lunches. Also two hours for lunch means only four hours to learn. Buses are hot and stinky. We would eventually get tired of going on field trips. Going on field trips every Friday would also mean they wouldn't be special any more. We might even run out of places to go. Some people can also get bus-sick. Emily Campbell
ReplyDeleteI would rather go on a field every Friday instead of lunch for two hours. If we had a field trip every Friday we could actually have a long lunch at the field trip. Also if we went on the field trip every Friday it would be more fun and I would get to see new things. I think any time we get to leave school is just more fun. When we are on the bus I get to talk to my friend's. Sometimes if the ride is long we get to bring our tablets or Iphones.

I would rather have a 2 hour lunch than a field trip every friday. The school buses are noisy and gross. I don't have enough time to eat so I usually have some food left over and I could have a HUGE lunch and be able to finish it. I would also be able to talk to my friends a lot longer. We also would have only 4 hours of school left so thats good. thats why I choose a longer lunch.

I would rather take a field trip every day than have a 2 hour lunch period. First, each week a field trip would give us something to look forward to. Second, I don't have enough lunch for two hours in my lunch box. I'd be STARVING. Finally, on field trips, you get to learn something. At lunch time, you just talk and eat. That is why I would rather take a field trip every day than have a 2 hour lunch period.

I would rather have a field trip every Friday because we could go to the grand canyon and it would be fun because we would get that every Friday mostly. you could almost be everywhere in the whole school year. I am fine with the lunch time but I think we should have more field trips in the school year. Field trips are fun and lunch is not fun all you do is sit and talk its more fun on field trips. That's cool and you get to have a 2 hour break from school! And when you have field trips you have to get ready, pack, pack your lunch! That takes to much time! 2 hour lunch is a normal day just two hour lunch! ~FRANCES!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI would want a 2 hour lunch. I would like that because we can have 2 hours less of learning every single school day. We could eat a lot more and still have time for the silent contest. If we had field trips every Friday it would include the hassle of getting permission slips every week. You would also have to pay for all of the field trips. After a while all the students and chaperones in the class would eventually stop going to field trips and the principal would have to think of where to bring us next. That is why we should have 2 hour lunches.

I would rather have a field trip every Friday rather than a 2 hour lunch period everyday. I would do that because I love field trips. Fieldtrips are so fun because I get to learn and have fun at the same time. But It would be cool to have a two hour lunch period every day because I usually never finish my lunch. ReplyDeleteI would rather have a 2 hour lunch than a field trip every Friday. One reason is because when I'm at lunch I can never finish it all unless if a shovel it in my mouth all at once. Plus I can relax after I am done eating and talk to my friends. Another reason is because when on a field trip it gets super loud and it hurts my ears. Plus it is kinda smelly in buses and the seats are all tattered up. This is is why I would rather have a 2 hour lunch. Mason #25

I would rather have a 2 hour lunch period everyday because I would have more time to eat and hang out with my friends. My mom would be able to pack me more food because I would have enough time to eat it all. Also, the field trip buses are always crowded and cramped. The reason I would rather have a Field Trip than lunch is because it would be really fun to have one and we can have dinner when we always get home. Another reason is because we don't all get to go to recess so it would be fair if we did go on a field trip. One more reason is because I am pretty sure everybody loves field trips. ReplyDeleteI would rather chose field trip because two hour lunch is too long to eat your lunch. In field trip you can learn more things. If you already finish your lunch you two wait two hours. In field trips you can learn something that you have never learned. You are going to get bored for two hours lunch. So I rather chose field trips than two hours lunch. AVISHKAR#24
