Whisper or Shout???

Would you rather only be able to whisper or only be able to shout?

This would be all the time and not just when you are at one place.

Make sure your response is at least 6 sentences in length and that your sentences are 5th grade quality work.

  1. I would rather only be able to whisper. If your constantly yelling you cant tell secrets. If your quiet you can still be respectful and talk. If your always shouting it can be really irritating to other people. If you whisper every one is happy. So I wold rather whisper than yell. Ryan Hanover

  2. I WOULD RATHER SHOUT THAN WHISPER ALL THE TIME. IF I WHISPER ALL THE TIME, IT WOULD BE HARD TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IN CLASS. MY VOICE WOULD BE USED TO IT IF I DECIDED TO SHOUT OR SING REALLY LOUD. WHEN I WHISPER, IT HURTS MY VOICE (EVEN THOUGH SHOUTING DOES TOO). IF I WHISPERED THEN PEOPLE MIGHT THINK I WAS SAYING MEAN THINGS ABOUT THEM. I WOULDN'T WANT THAT! I HOPE YOU ENJOYED ME SHOUTING AT YOU!!!!!!

  3. I would onley be able shout because you will hert your throught by yelling all the time. I think that wisber is better because it's quiet. Telling secrates or talking to somebody next to you is better to have a wisper voice. In the library you need to wisper not yell. Yelling give you and others head aces. There for wispering is better.

  4. I WOULD RATHER BE ABLE TO SHOUT BECAUSE THEN IF I WISPER I DONT HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF ABUNCH OF TIMES IF THEY DONT HERE ME. ALSO BECAUSE THEN THEY CAN JUST HERE ME FROM FAR AWAY AND FROM CLOSE UP REALLY LOUD AND CLEAR. ALSO BECAUSE IT WOULD BE REALLY SUPER HARD TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IN CLASS BECAUSE THEN I WOULD HAVE TO REPEAT MY SELVE OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THAT WOULD BE SUPER ANNOYING. ANOTHER REASON IS BECAUSE IF PEOPLE SAY AND OR ASK ME SOMETHING THEN I WOULD JUST SAY IT FAST AND REALLY LOUD TO THEN SO THEY DONT HAVE TO HERE ME WISPER AND AGAIN I DONT HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELFE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. THAT IS MY REASONS THAT I WOULD ONLY WANT TO BE ABLE TO SHOUT OUTSIDE AND INSIDE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. THIS IS HOW IT IS SHOUTING I HOPE YOU ENJOYED ME SHOUTING AT YOU :). Tatum Vigilante #19

  5. I would want to shout. I want to shout because when you whisper you can't be heard unless the person is right next to you. When you shout people could here from across the room. If you ever want a lower voice you can get the computer Melody has. You could be kicked out of libraries if you don't have the computer, though. Other than that I would shout all the time. 6. I want to shout. Then if a person across a street if you whisper they can't hear you. So shouting can be heard from anyone. Whispering can be really hard that not even teachers can hear. In libraries you don't have to shout. So you can wait until you are done with the library then you can yell to your friends.AVISHKAR#24!!!!!!

  7. I WOULD RATHER SHOUT THAN WHISPER. FIRST OF ALL, IF YOU ONLY WHISPER PEOPLE WON'T BE ABLE TO HEAR YOU VERY WELL BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING TO SILENT. ALSO IF I'M TELLING PEOPLE SOMETHING AND THEY CAN'T HEAR ME WELL, I WOULD HAVE TO REPEAT IT OVER AND OVER AND OVER SO I WOULD RATHER SHOUT! IF THE TEACHER ASK A QUESTION AND PICKED ME THE TEACHER WOULD HAVE TROUBLE HEARING. IF I HAVE TO WHISPER MY WHOLE LIFE,THE THINGS THAT I HAVE TO SAY WOULD BE INSIDE ME UNTIL SOMEONE HEARS ME. BUT IF I HAVE TO SHOUT I WONT HAVE TO KEEP IT INSIDE ME! IT WOULD BE HARD TO JUST WHISPER. BUT ITS PRETTY EASY FOR ME TO SHOUT. I SHOUT EVERYDAY. IF I EXPLAIN SOME THING SOMETHING TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO HEAR ME WELL. BUT IF I SHOUT THEY CAN TOTALLY HEAR ME. FRANCES DELOS SANTOS #7

  8. I would rather only be able to whisper then shout. If I could only shout people would think I was crazy. Nobody would want to talk to you because you talking would your ears. To ask a question during a test you would have to go out of the room. You can still talk and be respectful during a test if you only whisper. People would think you have problems if you only shouted. It is usual for people to be shy and whisper. It would also be so quiet in classrooms. Kids might learn more because nobody is shouting out or interrupting. If you always shout, if you ever wanted to talk with someone in private, everybody would here you. Getting a job would also be hard. You could never go to a movie or show because if you laughed, EVERYBODY would hear you!!!!!!! Emily Campbell #5

  9. I would rather only be able to shout instead of just whisper. Why because if I was across the street they wouldn't be able to here me if I was whispering. Then they would just say what are you saying a billion times. Also if I could only whisper people wouldn't be able to hear me on my headset. But if I was shouting they could probably hear me. Also I WANT TO BE HEARD!

  10. I WOULD ONLY WANT TO SHOUT THAN whisper. I WOULD WANT THAT BECAUSE AT DINNIR PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY WOULD HAVE NORMAL VOICES AND I WOULD BE SHOUTING. PLUS I LIKE BEING HERD BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE REPEATING MY SELF. WHY WOULD PEOPLE LIKE whispering I MEAN COME ON PEOPLE WILL BE SITTING THERE ON THE STREET MOVING THE LIPS BUT NOT BEING HERD. ALSO NO ONE COULD HAVE MEETINGS WITHOUT MEGAPHONES. THAT IS NOT FUN. THESE ARE REASONS I WOULD RATHER SHOUT THAN whisper REMEMBER SHOUTING FOR LIFE. JT SCANNELL #17 AKA SHOUTER FOR LIFE.

  11. I would rather only be able to whisper than only be able to shout. First, I would be able to still have secret conversations without the whole class listening in. Second, I'd get to be all mysterious and secretive, like a detective! Third, I would have to bring a microphone everywhere, so people could hear me. It would be awesome! That is why I would rather only be able to whisper than only be able to shout.

  12. I WOULD RATHER CHOOSE SHOUT THAN WHISPER BECAUSE IF YOU WHISPER NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO HEAR YOU. ALSO IF YOUR SHOUTING EVERYONE WILL HEAR YOU. BUT WITH WHISPER NO ONE WOULD HEAR YOU. ALSO YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GIVE SPEECHES IF YOU ONLY WHISPER. ALSO YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS IN CLASS. ALSO IN A FOOTBALL GAME YOU WOULD BE HEARD OVER THE BIG CROWD SCREAMING FOR YOUR TEAM. ALSO WITH WHISPER YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CALL OUT COMMANDS TO YOUR TEAM. #6 #SHOUT OUT

  13. I would rather shout than whisper because if I whisper nobody would hear me from far away. Another reason I would rather shout is if you are called on in class the teacher would not be able to hear me if I whisper. Sometimes people will not think you are strong if you whisper, if you shout they will think you are the Incredible Hulk. If someone is running a marathon they would hear you cheering, if you try to cheer in a whisper no one will know you are routing for them. If you whisper you would have to repeat yourself over and over again because the person you are talking to wouldn't be able to hear you. Shouting is definitely the way I want to go, much better than a whisper. Cooper Wrzosek #21

  14. I would rather be always whispering because it is more quieter and everything wont be loud. If I always yell my voice will get horse and that will hurt. I could also bring a microphone everywhere so people can hear me. Also if you always yell maybe you are close to someone it would hurt they're ears and they will get mad at you. If you whisper you wont make any noise and you can be a secret agent.

  15. I would rather always whisper because it lets u tell secrets. Also you can talk to people. If you yelled then you cant talk to people close up. Whispering will reduce noise pollution. My throat will thank me the next day. Also imagine your in a crowd of people so many people can here and u cant say something your friend siting next to you.

  17. I would rather always whisper than always shout. One reason is that if you were at the library you would have to be quiet but if your always shouting you would probably be suspended from the library. Plus you would probably make your friends ears ache and would say "Please be quiet!" but you can't when you can only shout. Another reason that whispering is better is because when you whisper you can be more secretive if your trying to but shouting would probably just make them deaf. Plus if you were to whisper you would never get in trouble for yelling. This is why whispering is definitely better than shouting. Ma$on Pr1nz :{D #15

  18. I would rather whisper than shout because it wouldn't be annoying. If you shouted in class, you would probably get in trouble, on the other hand if you whisper your more likely to not get caught. You can whisper to your friends and talk about your thoughts on something, but shouting to your friends can be mean or just silly in general. Whispering is also fun to do if you want to talk secretly and not get noticed from others.shouting can be not as much fun because you can be disturbing people if they are working on something like a worksheet or a project that requires thinking. That is why I would rather whisper than shout if I had the chance to do so.

  19. I would rather only wisper than shout. I would rather wisper than shout because it would be easier. Another reason I would rather wisper is because if I shouted it would hurt other peoples ears. I wouldn't want to shout where ever I went. I wouldn't want to shout where ever I went because it would make it really noisy. My last reason I wouldn't want to shout where ever I went is because I would get in trouble a lot.

  20. I would rather shout than whisper. There are many reasons I would rather shout than whisper. One reason is because people would be able to hear me from far away. Another reason is because I like to be loud. Another reason is because I am always loud. So that is why I would rather shout than whisper. Nico Jorge #11

  21. I would rather shout than whisper. I would rather shout than whisper becuase I don't like whispering becuase most of the time people can't hear you. I would do this because when you shout you can shout softer but when you're whispering you can not dial it down or dial it up because it wouldnt be whispering. This would be cool. This would be cool becuase I could yelltalk. That would be awesome.Dylan white

  22. I would rather be able to whisper because yelling, is not fun and when you yell because its loud and really annoying. Yelling bugs me so bad even though when I dont need to and it stinks. Whispering is also better because you get to tell anything and everybody wont be able to hear it and its really awesome, I like that. No one will be able to hear what you are saying only that person your saying it to. That is why I would rather whisper than yell. Tatianna Booth #4
