Thanksgiving is upon us:) !!!

Image result for turkeyThis week we have several days off for the Thanksgiving holiday. This is a time of the year that we traditional spend some time with our family and friends and are thankful for what we have.

What traditions does your family have for the holiday?

What makes this holiday special for you?

    This holiday me and my family are going over to a friend's house to have a party. We are going to eat there too. This holiday is special because you get to spend time with your family. Sometimes people come over to my house but not this time. This is why Thanksgiving is special and this is what i'm doing.

    This holiday is special to me because I visit my grandma and make pie with my family and friends.Thanksgiving is special because you`r giving thanks to the Indians who helped us.Thanksgiving is also special because you get to spend time with your family and friends.Thanksgiving is also special to me because I get to see my ants and uncles.That is why Thanksgiving is special to me.JessieWrzosek#23

    On Thanksgiving, my family always brings pie. Every year we go to my grandma's house to celebrate. It's always so much fun! We never celebrate at my house though. Except on Christmas. But it's not Christmas. Thanksgiving is special to me because I get to spend time with my family. ~Gracey Havins #8

    A family tradition in my house is that every Thanksgiving my sister and I have to break the wishbone. My sister always has the bigger piece! My family and I stay home every Thanksgiving. Nobody comes to our house either, exept for once my mom's friend's family came over for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is special for me because we always pray before we eat our food on that day. Also I get to stuff my face with food! ~Grace #5

    On Thanksgiving it is always random.I like the wish bone.Me and my brother break it.
    It turns out I always get the bigger piece.T his Thanksgiving my grandma will visit me.

    My family traditions for Thanksgiving are sleeping in, wearing our PJs (pretty much all day) and spending time with family. Most years Thanksgiving is at our house. This year it is not at our house, we are going to a friend’s house. What makes this holiday special for me is that I like the food. Also, I like spending time with family. I hope you enjoyed my Thanksgiving blog.

    The first thing I do I sometimes go to my aunts house . When I stay at my house I get stuffed with turkey. Next for my family tradition we sit, eat ,watch football and swim some times. Also a lot of people come over. Next we ate pumpkin pie last year I couldn't eat all of it.Then we have mashed potatoes some times I give my oldest brother my mashed potatoes.Last me and my brothers play football for a hour . #18 Micaiah Mursalat

    I have every one in my family go to a giant feast. Next we watch football (it is a family tradition). Next we all sit down in the dining room and eat. Next my grandma always makes pumpkin pie. Last the boys always play basket ball at the park. From Dylan H. #7

    My families traditions are that we always spend time with each other. We each bring our own dish to Thanksgiving. I go to my great grand parents house and my Nana and Papa's house. At my dad's house people come over. The holiday is special to me because I see friends and family. #13 Dylan M.

    My mom is from Barcelona, but we still celebrate Thanksgiving. My mom does not know how to cook a turkey. We will have Thanksgiving at Liane Locy's house. She is making a big fat turkey. We are bringing some European desserts. Aiden #9

    For Thanksgiving my family goes to my Aunt and Uncles house. Every family has to bring at least one dish. I play with my cousins and eat lots of dessert. I always have turkey on Thanksgiving night. We say grace and eat up.~DERA#21

    We usually go to my Mimi's house but this year we are going to my grandma. We always have turkey on Thanksgiving. I love seeing my family. Also this is my 3rd Thanksgiving with my baby cousins! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

    I celebrate Thanksgiving. We have friends over. We have turkey. I help put in the dressing. We are going to our friends house this Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving!!

    A tradition I have on Thanksgiving is delivering meals to families in need with my grandpa. I also go with my uncle. The place I go is my grandparents house. People have not been to my house for Thanksgiving yet. Thanksgiving is special to me because there is so much food I also get to see my family. Happy Thanksgiving! -#10

    We always go to my grandparents house for Thanksgiving. Now I get to my cousins dog and my grandma´s dog again . My whole family is going to be there. We might even bring my new puppy Mazy. Me will have a giant turkey! Miles 12
